On a related note, while camping, the people I was with lent me a radio while I went exploring. I was a kid, and was warned I shouldn't swear. that the park rangers would chastise me and I'd get in trouble. While exploring, they checked in, and egged me into saying 'crap' or some other mundane not-really-a-swear word. Heard another voice on the radio shortly after, telling me that that sort of language wouldn't be tolerated, and I had just received my only warning. Nearly shat a brick, and when I got back, I was immediately asked (amidst some giggles) about the ranger. I didn't realize until YEARS after that it was them. I felt like such an idiot when I finally got it.
