Its correct, I was just as surprised but I do look like I've got absolutely no body fat but fitness models get to around 4-5% so it is doable, just not for some people.

I have actually never used a program. In the past couple years I've gone from a 205lb deadlift, 145lb bench, and an untested squat to a 405lb deadlift, 255lb bench, and like I said a 360lb squat, all that just from going out and working hard, although I'm going to hop on a defined program relatively shortly, I need to start training smarter.

What I would recommend for all your movements (Since you're relatively new), would be significantly dropping weight, and just focusing on form, and a lot of repetitions. Once you get your form nailed down you can start increasing your strength efficiently.

Please feel free to ask me questions, I aspire to own a gym and train people for a living, so I would love questions.

Corrective deadlifting can actually help with back problems, but it's extremely meticulous. You should check out this video www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWDznh9SHgA

Also, there are a lot of good corrective stretches you can find online.

So anyway, how long have you been doing this, and what can you move?

Gotta start somewhere. That's not too bad for only having done it for a couple months. The biggest piece of advice I could give to someone like you would be to stick with it. It doesn't matter what program you're on, it doesn't matter what you're eating, no matter what, progress takes a long time, but it's completely worth it.

Oh, you misunderstood me. All that stuff does matter, you need to eat a lot, my point was that even if you're eating perfectly, and you have the best program out there, it's still going to take time.

Sometimes that's the way it is. You should try to find a gym buddy if you can, accountability helps a lot.

But yeah, being big and strong is completely worth all the effort and time, it's really different from other hobbies because it translates to everything; it really effects your day to day life.

I have one but i find myself training less when he is around. I do my sets and talk a small bit. But when i am alone i can continue training constantly without any breaks. I feel it really good that i've trained by myself. But barely when he is around.

Also what weight gainer shake would you recommend if you know one?

weight gainer shakes aren't the best method. They have a lot of junk in them. You're better off eating proper food. Protein shakes are good too, but remember they're nothing special, they're just a substitute for actual food to make eating a lot easier. They do not have any special powers.

I use Cytosport 100% Whey (you can find it at Costco, if you have those wherever you live), however ideally you'd get as much of your nutrients from real food as possible, i.e. consume a bunch of meat, and eat plenty of carbs.

My squat is my heaviest lift but the strain makes it kind of daunting.
Bench is my second weakest after deadlift id say but its probably my favourite (lol bench pro) because its easy and because its so bad i want to get it better.
my deadlift i think i will drop a bit and just work on form until i get it right.

whats your favorite program you have been on (if any)?
