2. If a sober person has sex with a drunk person, it's rape because it's someone taking advantage of someone who isn't in the right state of mind to be making those decisions.

3. If someone wants to look sexy at a party, that doesn't make it okay to rape them. Sorry that you can't see that there's more than one possible reason for someone to want to have sex appeal.

1. How so? You think they're justifying the abuse of women when they aren't. Abuse of men or women is wrong, but if either claims something happened when it didn't because they're ashamed then they're in the wrong. Period.

2. I get the logic behind that, but rape involves an unwilling participant. If the person is drunk and they chose to get drunk and to have sex with the person then it's not rape, they shouldn't claim it was because if they didn't want to they didn't have to get drunk. If they were slipped date rape drug that'd be different, but if they were just drunk and giving signals they wanted to have sex and then had sex it's not rape.

3. I never said it was okay to rape someone, but looking sexy and looking like a whore are two completely different things. As someone else said wearing nice skirt and top could make a woman look sexy, but still respectable. Going out in nothing but panties and pasties makes a woman look like a whore and it's bound to attract a certain type of man.

Please point out where I said rape was okay under any circumstance, please.

Jesus Fucking Christ. First off, I don't think I've ever heard anyone say that it's ever okay to rape anyone. That's just stupid.

HOWEVER. If you go to a party wearing very little to cover yourself, you can expect to get attention. AND ON FUCKING TOP OF THAT, if you do drugs or drink, and you know other people will be doing drugs and drinking, it's your own horrible fucking judgement that's responsible for anything that happens.

Yeah. People take advantage of people. A lot of times it wouldn't happen though, if people were smart enough to keep their heads on straight.
