Actually, the butthurt person up there is actually a complete idiot on the first and second points too.

First, ONE, or Murata for that matter, isn't the sort of person who writes to make you question the meaning behind all his stuff, he writes because he has something he wants to portray. In the earliest chapters, this was mostly he wanted to draw something he thought would look awesome.

And the second point, the joke really does add to Saitamas character. It shows just how blase he is about the darker side of things, he never wondered if someone would want to learn how to get great power from him, he just assumed it was regular flirting. It shows both how grounded he is, not thinking like the other heros, but also how separate he is from regular people, who would never think of something like that.

And for the rest of the points, which are also stupid:
- Saitama showed no issue with a guy wanting to fuck him.
- It's still meant to just be a hoke.
- The person who wrote the last point, either they have absolutely no idea what their talking about or are just trying to badmouth Saitama/ONE. Even just in highschool english I was always told to not just focus on whats directly relevant to the plot, because everything is related to the plot, this sounds contridictory but my teacher went above and beyond what was asked for and we had discussions on how unrelated character backstory was related to the plot, because it gives you a more solid picture of the person which makes you understand the reasoning behind their choices better so when they appear to act out of character you have a deeper understanding and can fill in the gaps, which allows the author to streamline this supposed nonsequiter and continue with the story they want to tell
