The question isn't exactly "should I forgive" but "how should I fight back". This isn't exactly a person who would give much of a care in the world for your forgiveness, and any hope you'd have would seem to be futile in this case. You could always feign forgiveness and see where that leads, but I'd be more hostile personally.

You should focus on finding a doctor who could give you an examination of your mental state and then be able to use the adequate report - on top of having a lawyer file the court record as fraud - to help turn away the record and allow you to still have a future in the major.

I don't know the specifics of your situation, but it seems like now would be a good time to fire back. Contact a lawyer and make sure you could build a decent case and make her pay.

ive given her money so much but i dont have any paperwork to back it up. if she needed money id give it to her. since i had my first job at 13 id give her money. i did drug prevention and stuff. wasn't til later i found out the money i made from doing that was going to her smoking and drinking and other stuff.
