I was just curious. I'm trying to grow long hair but I'm paranoid about it growing slowly or curling up.

I wanted to ask you to pull the front of your hair down and tell me how long it is. Like, to the tip of the nose, past it, to the lips and so on.

Hmm. I just had my hair cut a few weeks back. By pulling it down it will barely reach even the centre of my forehead. But that may only be because it grows straight(towards to the back of the head to be precise) at the front.

If curly hair is in your genes then there is nothing good you can do about it. Do other people in your family have curly hair?

I'm the absolute only one with straight hair. Everyone on both my mother and father's side has curly hair.
