I think the odd thing about almost all of my creations is that they don't really have any fancy things. The fanciest thing I probably have is a stone plate or a button. All of my redstone is used mostly for redstone torches. I saved the rest.

My first house was made when I was too scared to travel in the dark. I had no clue about what to do with anything. When it became night time, I dug myself into a hill and that became my home base. Then I made I found out how to make sandstone so I covered the entire hill with sandstone. Then mobs kept coming up to my door so I made walls out of stone bricks.
I like it. I'm also adding to it more, and more. It will always be the largest house. If I add stuff to other house, I have to add on to the my main one.

Soul sand is found in flat areas, mostly near where lava hits the ground.

I found a nether fortress. It was so far away from my portal tht when i made another one in the fortress, I was at least a full maps distance away from my house. So even while creative and flying, it took me about an hour to fly back to my home.
Anyways, found the blaze spawner, I have 12 eyes of ender.
And now, i just need to find the portal to the end.
Also, i now have over 3000 nether rack and 1800 soul sand. As well as enough coal to fuel the European industrial revolution, enough iron ingots to make almost 100 iron blocks, and i found an emerald. Like, in the ground and stuff.

I decided to add to my main house and add in a mountain fortress below my library. It will go to another mountain, but I need to work on one at a time. I'm pretty much going to hollow out a few mountains and build inside them to try to make it pretty.
