This is spot on. HIS only two costumes are Ironman and Bumblebee. He's made multiple props for mine and others cosplays though. We show up to the events and cheer up kids, hand out medals, etc. All of it is volunteer work and we're having a fun time doing so.

I understand that, and I didn't say anything about him doing a good or bad thing, or anything about him making a profit. Despite being a charity, it is still a business. I'm just saying, if he spent more time on his work, and produced consistent quality material all the time he could sell the costumes for more, and therefore make more money for the charities.
#22 - anonexplains (04/13/2014) [-]
Dude, his only two costumes for himself are Bumblebee and Ironman, he does this stuff in his spare time and shit takes time dude. He's made the odd prop or two for myself or his wife (wonderwoman) and all those are good quality. Lego characters are not his, just an event he photographed at. You have to realize he's not doing this to sell them, he's doing this to wear to kids events (we've done fairs, walks, movie openings, bike rides)
#18 - cakefaceify (04/13/2014) [-]
That wasn't your original point at all, your first comment merely states you think the rest of his costumes blow, to which I said it doesn't really matter because he has some damn good ones and he is an artist in my eyes, when it comes to profitability for the charity or whatever it's an entirely different issue.
Besides I highly doubt he's selling them, not usually what happens with events like that, usually it's just the creator of the costumes showing up to pose around in it for people to donate or he'll be cheering up sick kids who want to see iron man etc.

He only made the Lego Optimus and we did that in 4 hours the night before the event. Ironman took him 8 months and Bumblebee 7. Cosplays don't just pump out and he has never entered any competition or made or sold anything, he does everything for charity

Except the facebook page seems to represent a business, in order to have a business you need to have consecutive good work put out.
User avatar #27 - RealRune (04/13/2014) [-]
In what way does that facebook page even remotely seem like a business page?
User avatar #28 - jamrobot (04/13/2014) [-]
The name of the page sounds like a business "Jon's Props"
User avatar #40 - RealRune (04/13/2014) [-]
Sounds like a description of the content of the page, but hey maybe that's just me.
I guess the lack of any contact details or any mention whatsoever of anything business-related was irrelevant in the face of this almighty business name.

Just show her you care about her.
Ask about her life, her day, her dreams, etc. and spend completely non-sexual time with her.
User avatar #496 - girlexplain (04/06/2014) [-]
And, or course, tell her that you want her for more than sex.
Believe it or not, as confusing as men find women, women find men as confusing, if not more. So, being straight forward will make sure she doesn't get confused.
#505 - cakefaceify (04/07/2014) [-]
Should've clarified the meaningless sex is an all too frequent occurence with random sluts, not with this girl.
Thanks though, this was a very simple answer that I appreciate, I shall do my best
