You missed the point about Pharaohs being gods.
They were conceptualized as gods to their people, just as Kim Jong Un is to his people. We love you Admin.
Many cultures and religions support men as being godlike or gods during their ascension. Most of those in Rome or Greece often claimed on their victories that they were descended of Hercules or other gods to support themselves as being divine. Egypt is no different. Old legends of Egypt though also recount that the utterance of the name of the dead retains them in life. So talking of Osiris means he is still about. When his name is forgotten then so might he be.
Osiris was the 3rd Pharoah to my knowledge, and he was also the one to bring Egypt out of cannibalism as he abolished it's practice. Yes, he was also as the story goes ripped into pieces to prevent his return, but Isis being the loving wife she was found the pieces and bandaged them back together to hold him in one piece. Hence his appearance also as a Mummy. This is how the old tale recants it : "And so he was scattered unto the four winds, yet Seth could not destroy him." If anything Horus avenged his father well when he came later to find Seth. Horus was a royal asskicking in a can, and man did he ever show that sorry fuck what was up. Anyways the story of this is long, and it is perhaps better told in another thread or on another time.
A truely odd fact.... Before Ra was king of the Gods, Osiris was. Osiris's worship over the era waned and he ended up placed under Ra in the Pantheon after some centuries in such states. Also the rituals of burial of the dead in low chambers deep beneath the pyramids may be tied to Osiris's being within the tree.

Getting your full qualifications requires a 6 month weekly course in exercising privilege, an up-to-date photo, and another credentialled white person to vouch for you (such as a dentist or chevy truck owner).
I'm actually training to become a Qualified White Person. Among other things, I'm looking forward to the discounts at Ikea and 40% off of jail time.

Jeez, somebody failed their white people test. You need to review chapter three. It's all about how everyone's race and privileges (or lack of them) are the result of their own hard work and good character (or lack of it). I know, it *seems* like maybe we're born into a system with built-in inequality, but you have to train yourself to ignore that.
I mean, the indignation and insults like "retarded" are good start, but they're just not enough to make you a fully Qualified White Person.

Yeah, I can see how there's definitely a troll in this conversation by the way they're posting unnecessarily insulting and angry comments in an attempt to start shit.
Look, down below you're annoyed about the racism, and I'm clearly trying to take it on in a way that incorporates some sarcasm. Pick what you're mad about and explain it, or stop shitposting already.

Actually, the source is Neil Gaiman's "The Sandman" Comics, in particular, a comic in the first arc called "24 hours".
A deranged villain with mind controlling powers holds the people in a diner hostage for 24 hours, over the course of which he drives them mad and causes them to kill themselves/ each other.
If you want to read something well made and seriously fucked up, I can't recommend it enough.
