It was probably to prevent something from happening where Wolverine was cut in half, so both pieces of him grew back into a whole, meaning that there would be two Wolverines, although I seem to remember that happening to Deadpool once, and the other piece that grew back because an evil version of Deadpool.

"did you find that some French people, especially the older teachers, were sometimes quite harsh towards you when you still didn't know French all that well?"
Oh man, this happened to me a lot. particularly in French, HistGeo and Maths. I knew moving to France that teachers there loved to ask the students questions all lesson long, but with me they just decided to have a laugh.
My French teacher would always make me read, if they was something to be read out lout I was the one to do it. I never got good at rolling my Rs, so when saying those R infested words I probably sounded terrible. People would laugh but eventually I got past the embarrassment.
My maths teacher though was a bit weird, from the very beginning he refused to believe that I couldn't understand things, and if somebody spoke out to say that I didn't understand he'd yell at them. My was also quite deaf, so everybody would have to shout for him to hear. To be honest I'd have probably laughed at me too if I was watching myself trying to shout random words in French.
The HistGeo teacher was a bit better, but sometimes worse... Sometimes he'd dictate and get me to write it on the board...

I can't say I had a lot of bad experiences with teachers, maybe just three or four dickheads and cunts in those years
I haven't seen a French chauvinist in a while though but they pop up occasionally (they're also against the European Union, Erasmus and foreign languages in general)
I study law here, did my first year in Limoges though, what about you?

Well, I'm sitting the first year of my A levels at the moment in England, and then I'm planning on studying law and French at university, I might move back to France later on, although there weren't many job opportunities in the area that I lived in, as it was in the countryside, so a lot of people went into farming, or moved away.
