Well I've "deduced" that you aren't trying very hard to convert my faith, and you don't get breaks, either you devote your life to what you believe or you don't. Anything else is hypocrisy.

Let me clarify I am not atheist, but im closer to atheist than christian.

Well, like I said, I teach them about just being a good person. When they have questions of faith I send them to another leader.

With all due respect, stop calling yourself a youth leader, at least not a christian one.

You can be a teacher, and that's fine, but you fail in your job as a christian example to those kids.

You make assumptions on things you really dont know about. Even without faith I'm a better christian than most of the "christians" I've met. I dont pretend to teach faith or christianity. I guide them to have strong moral fiber and be a good person. and I know for a fact that I know more about the religion than the majority of people who claim to have faith. You dont have to be christian to guide youth.

You got me wrong, I don't think your scum. I have absolutely no problem with you. I don't want you leaving thinking that at all. I just call people on things i disagree with or just plain contrasts with something they've already said. I can promise you i'm not as bad as you think I am. I've just had a lot of people get on me and insult me for my believes, so I grown to fight back pretty strong when someone assumes the moral highground because of their faith. I am honestly sorry if i have upset you. I didnt mean for this to grow beyond a friendly discussion.

I'm sorry to have exploded like that. Insulting and angering people is really my least favorite thing to do. I prefer to spread cheer, when I can.
