HOWEVER! Bane is (at least in the movies, I'm actually not 100% elsewhere) affiliated with Ra's, so technically, Ra's still is his greatest enemy.

But yeah, no matter what medium of Batman, Bane might be one of his greatest enemies, even above The Joker.
