Prosecutors are the conniving evil type most of the time, or both. If you know a man is innocent but try to keep him in jail to further your career you seriously need to be arrested. Where is vault 81? Is it further down south or is it to the east?

Vault 81 is northeast of diamond city, by this pond with a house by it. The pond with a house also has decent stuff, just watch out for the bloodbugs / bloatfly outside and the radroach. The vault itself has a few mini-quests, first you need to visit one of the main doctors (the black guy) he'll take a blood sample of you, he himself doesn't do curing but his assistant does, which is retarded but anyway once you do that go find arin and get the quest to get her cat who ran outside the vault as you entered. Go find the cat by the pond, get back inside, and you'll hear about some little shit getting sick. Go to the doctor who took your blood sample and there you'll get the quest to find the cure, which is at the end of a dungeon with curie who will follow you out the door and once you complete the quest will be your companion. After that you can loot most of the place, make sure to grab the copy of tattoos from the barber shop, and get the quest from katie the teacher to come teach at her class, she'll give you grognak the barbarian when you do. Lastly if you have 3k caps you can buy overseers guardian which is a sniper that fires 2 bullets at once and has decent mods already done to it.

It does make some sense that each new region he goes to he starts off with a new team, otherwise where would the challenge be in using his strongest pokemon every single time? Also lets him catch new pokemon without issue. The one thing that doesn't make sense is why Pikachu loses to obviously weak gym leaders but that's a whole different story.

Put it this way, if you could play the 2nd RPG in a series that features the same characters, would you use your party level from the first (who are probably all high leveled and will one shot everything beside maybe a few bosses), or would you start from level 1 like a fresh game.

Maybe if you only enjoyed the story you'd go with the first option, but the 2nd makes much more sense from a enjoyment perspective because it gives at least some sense of challenge.

And yes the plot being boring is an important factor because it's a show, if they had him beat every single trainer outside the elite four and a few specific people with the same team it would be boring to watch, after 2 regions he'd be too strong for anyone else.

It doesn't go like that though, it's not like Ash is constantly starting again at the same place, he's starting from a new region so it would be like not finishing one RPG and beginning in another.

Is it a practical thing to do? Not at all. However that's how it goes. If that was the point he would have stayed another year at Indigo and win that one before moving on to the next. It's not losing all progress either, all those Pokemon are still there they just sit in the reserves until Ash really feels like he has to pull them out.

And again that's why I said it made some sense to do that, if you catch new Pokemon and just put them in a PC they'll never get any experience, but using them while traveling means they'll constantly gain some. In the end it's having many experienced Pokemon vs a few maxed ones.

It makes sense to do it, but it's surely not practical when it comes to winning. However as the show as clearly proven, Ash isn't about approaching all things in a practical manner.

Yeah it makes sense that he would go to new regions and very rarely use his other pokemon in those regions, but he isn't limited by the rule that says only 6 pokemon except in legitimate battles (less than 10% of what he does). So he can carry around some of his kanto pokemeon and only use pikachu and w/e lineup when he's in legitimate battles.

You're seeing the issue through ideological lenses. When the government provides a service, it ultimately voids the aspects of competition in the market. By doing so, any qualities that were previously introduced through the free-market will be nullified.
Every purchase you make is a almost like a democratic vote. Therefore, by stimulating the competition among choices, you create a realm where consumers dictate the production of goods and services (as it should be).
Suppliers only seek to remain active in the long-run, and the only way to do so is to cater to the demand of consumers.

You can do away entirely with medical insurance and the country will be 100% better for it, health insurance is garbage. With medical insurance gone hospitals will have to lower prices, because 1.) The prices are ridiculous because they can make insurance companies pay for it and 2.) people aren't insurance companies and will absolutely not pay for it. Even if they didn't do that for some odd reason, the government can make regulations to require them to lower the price, it's a last resort but it's not something that sees much opposition when you consider the point of a hospital is saving lives not making money and it doesn't need to be profitable, which is actually why you can let the government handle everything. Hospitals are not a major part of the economy, pharmacies actually have a much bigger impact. In reality if you only worked on hospitals to make sure they were cheaper and left pharmacies be, you would find that the economy would be just fine and dandy because for one thing you'd still pay the hospital staff pretty much the same salary overall, because they're already paid fairly, and for another the people who own hospitals aren't doing anything special, either they have other businesses or they do jack-all and if they were to lose hospitals as a source of income chances are they would find something else to make profit with, possibly creating more jobs. Worst case scenario, about 40% or so of them just stop making money period and retire, and I highly doubt 40% of people who own hospitals are going to retire early.
