#157 - 6' 4" 130lbs How do I even weight? Seriously…  [+] (7 replies) 11/17/2013 on Is this attack on titan? +1

I assume you mean muscle? I am tall, too and made some gains this past year and it was about consistency. I made lots of efforts to get to the gym five or six days a week, lift heavy weights (six sets of five or six reps for 2 or 3 exercises for a muscle group). Also I did 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight. so I'd try 130 grams of protein per day. That means eggs, steak, beans, milk, greek yogurt, and some protein powder. I have been 6'6" for several years now and in the past 14 months I've gone from 188 to 220. never took supplements. if, however you meant fat, just eat toaster strudels and hot pockets

I've eaten nothing but junk food for the past 10 years.

Junk food and red meat.

that's your problem. not all calories are created equal. give your body some good materials to work with-otherwise it's like asking a construction crew to build a bridge or 5 story building...with marshmallows or something. also, fiber. if your poop floats, you need to cut out junk food and eat some vegetables/fruits.

I had the same problem except I'm only 6'. I didn't start heavy lifting really just used my body weight.. I also changed my diet around and prepared my own meals (more red meat, peanut butter, tropical fruits, avocados, whole wheat bread and other healthy yet fattening foods). I also made sure I didn't miss meals and did normal cardio. I now weigh 189 from 152. I look good healthy, and feel alot more energetic .

You can do it brother.

6'4" 185lbs here-
Plenty of consistent high-calorie, high-protein intake, mixed with heavy lifting and cardio. Always be drinking water, and I promise you'll gain size.

I don't even want to get started on the deep meaning and lyrical genius of the Rolling Stones

Don't talk shit about the rolling stones man unless you are talking about their last thirty years of course Their lyrics are great, listen to paint it black, satisfaction, ruby tuesday or gimme shelter and tell me those aren't god tier lyrics

AC/DC sucks, to be completely honest. All they did was pioneer a stage of music that said "Hey, anyone can do this!" Which is good. The Ramones did the exact same thing, and I absolutely adore them. Talent isn't always key-- The dealbreaker is to write meaningful lyrics.

Nickleback fails to do this. Their songs are 90% catchy chorus. Which is okay for some people.

I don't even want to get started on the deep meaning and lyrical genius of the Rolling Stones, however.

But being level -400 has more incentive than being +400 right now.
