But in all honestly, maybe there are just a few details that i'm not taking into account and I'm wrong but as far as I know the gun crime is far rarer in countries with strict gun legislation.

You can't look at gun ownership than gun crime and scream about the gun violence issue. If I look at the car accident problem and cry about the amount of cars everybody will laugh at me. The more cars, the more car accidents. The more guns the more gun crimes. And when I say politicians I meant cartels and big time gangbangers buy from them.
What you look at is violent crime overall, and the higher the gun ownership per capita the lower the violent crime. Ohio, per capita is one of the most violent states per capita, however outside of Cleveland it's the safest because Cleveland contains 60% of Ohios population. The United Kingdom doesn't have a gun problem by any capacity but the amount of intentional homicides not committed in self defense is like 100 or so more than the United States, everybody there isn't worried about getting shot so getting drunk and into a knife fight/rampage is more commonplace.

which they dont

User avatar #5 - qwertyuiqwer (11/15/2014) [-]
OR if gun control was in place then might never have been able to get a fuckin gun in the first place.
Ye always talk about how getting rid of anti gun laws will just give the citizens the ability to protect themselves. I agree with that to an extent, but ye never acknowledge that it also makes it easier for the mental heads and the criminals to get them as well.

"there are laws saying i should not get a gun, damn, i guess my criminal career is over"

-Said no criminal ever
#8 - boothead (11/15/2014) [-]
They have to get those illegally. You know nothing of getting a gun, you think you walk down to the liquor store and get one with a purchase of whiskey. Nutjobs usually buy one from corrupt politicians who support gun control or they kill for a gun. Thats how it is here. People like you who dont understand what theyre talking about try to make laws to dictate something they only deems as scary. If the man didnt have a gun hed have jumped the counter and stabbed everyone. Ill stick with my guns and abnormally low crime rate per capita than give them up and be like the UK with heavily violent people and overly large amount of stabbings anyday.

The KKK fought for the Democrats. The Democrats to this day benefit more from racial strife than the Republicans do, and they just buy votes legally with food stamps, welfare, free cell-uh-muh-phones, etc, etc.

well how i see it a supply side economic policy has not and would not work because it assumes companies will expand production (ie. create more jobs) before there is a higher demand for the products. but thats with my limited knowledge of economics. if you could tell me how im wrong i willing to listen.

The United States Government doesn't count those who havent looked for a job in 6 months as unemployed to make the number look better.

because its not a person, it has potential to be a person. the mother may not be able to financially support a baby, or be able to afford the medical bills that come with caring a developing fetus growing inside their body. not to mention the toll it takes on a body.
#27 - boothead (11/13/2014) [-]
Mistakes are made, people fit for society shouldn't be forced to wait ten years to adopt somebody else fit for society. You shouldn't end a life simply because 'lol I dont feel like dealing with the consequences' like 95% of most abortions in the United States.
