Hmm..this isn't bad but a few constructive criticisms.

1. Your eyes our uneven in their positioning. I know it may sound weird but when you draw your head base make two light perpendicular lines to draw your eyes within. Otherwise your eyes will look lopsided.

2. Unless this is a guy or flat chested girl, try to put a bit of detail on the torso to indicate a bust. Not a whole lot, just a little detail here and there.

Oh yeah, the eyes..Ive always had a problem with making things symmetrical.
And its a boy...technically. Its uberandrews character, Andrew. I tried to draw him more realistically, but I have a pretty cartoonish style.
I JUST got into drawing things, I'm more of a writer than an artist, but Ive gotten a bit better; thanks for the tip, Ill try that.
Also, his head is slightly tilted, so the lopsidedness...

I never really took that into account. *shrugs*
