| I do see your point you know, but humans have evolved to use the brain. No animal on earth is as intelligent as a human, we can destroy planets at this moment of time. Can tigers do that? Can a tiger put together a spear and light a fire? Can a tiger communicate in detail with other tigers on how to hunt prey? No. That is because msot people aren't in top shape, mostly. Hell, you try taking a fox that has lived in captivity and 'luxury' its whole life, while never having been taught how to hunt and stuff, and it would die faster than a mayfly. Humans aren't as weak and pathetic as you think. #14 -

What I'm trying to say is that humans don't need epic survival skills, because we have a working community where people specialize in parts of job, instead of only surviving alone. | ||

| Nigga, you are talking about the average human in the 1st world. Humanity got on top because we work as a group, and we have a brain, and our strongest trait is our stubbornness. And of course we don't survive in the arctic. We come from Africa and the Middle East. And even still we find a way to survive there (see Russia, Canada, Alaska, etc. But animals have no kinds of comparible currency, we need to use our own manufactured stuff to survive. If you put a regular, randomly picked human, a randomly picked fox, and a randomly picked say bird of some sort, and put them all in random environments, with nothing but themselves, I could almost guarantee the human would be the first to bite the dust I do see your point you know, but humans have evolved to use the brain. pwnmissilereborn (10/29/2013) [-] Give the human a knife and he has a chance. Give him a spear and he will most likely impale that tiger while he charges. Now add to it the fact that humans hunt in groups and live in societies, can build structures to protect themselves, can harness fire, use traps, alarms and tactics to locate and catch their prey, and that they are also the best distance runners in the planet and you have not only a very difficult prey but also a very deadly predator. we're very vulnerable to everything but we are the best at killing, not with our bare hands alone but with strategies like making a spear. It's because our intelligence and adaptability. Tigers don't have weapons, do they? Tigers don't live in the desert, tundra, plains or something like that, do they? Before we reached a certain point in our progress as a species, tigers were the apex predators of the world. And look where it got them. Nearly extinct and basically at the mercy of humans. Meanwhile, humanity is over 7 billion strong and growing. We live on every continent, in every environment. So, while the tiger has pure strength at his disposal, we have our intelligence. Brains over brawn. I signed in specifically because this was a very smart comment. Yeah, but relatively, humans are massive pussies. We try to live off the land in the arctic, we'd die, whilst arctic foxes and wolves thrive, and if we tried to live in the outback off the land, we'd die. Yeah, everything needs specialised equi[ment to survive, but humans have stopped evolving like that, and a modern human is just a massive pussy in comparison Nigga, you are talking about the average human in the 1st world.
