Yeah I suppose there's be no way around that since everyone has to breathe while exercising. I like your more reps with less weight idea. Just keep at it bro. Bring along these friends and do a group exercise. I find that helps with motivation.

He does have a few good points, but he's missing the point. The majority of these "healthy at every size" people seem to think that you can just sit on your ass and eat corn chips all day without health problems. Look, it's good that you're happy with who you are, but if you're having health problems and may die after a short life, is it worth it?

For real, kudos for your endeavor to weight loss. I just would like to give you a tip; lifting weights is all fine and dandy, it builds muscle, however I recommend incorporating cardiovascular exercises as well. Maybe 3 times a week of running, walking, swimming, ect. The real fat/carb burning comes from that.

Pretty standard 4-5 days a week, extra day for legs but sometimes i just don't want to feel like i've been prison raped so i loaft #legdayproblems

It's pretty all over the place imo, try having days specifically for 1 part of your body.
Here's what I have:

day 1: Chest
Bench press 4x10
Incline Bench 4x10
decline bench 4x10
Incline chest fly 4x10
cable cross (I think that's what it's called) 4x10

Day 2: Back & Shoulders
Rack pulls 4x10
Close grip lat pulldown 4x10
Wide grip lat pulldown 4x10
Seated row 4x10
t-bar row 4x10
shoulder press 4x10
lat, delt, rear delt raises 4x10
shrugs 4x10

day 3: Abs and cardio
literally a bunch of random back workouts in random sequence

day 4: Arms
bicep Curls + crucibles supersetted 4x10
Bicep pulldowns 4x10
v-bar extensions 4x10
overhead rope extension 4x10
preacher curl + concentration curl supersetted 4x10

day 5: legs ( **** legs)
deadlift 4x10
Squats 4x10
Leg press 4x10
Leg extensions 4x10
Leg curls 4x10
treadmill 5 min

How is it all over the place? They're compound exercises. So every workout, I'm working almost every muscle in my body.

im sorry i worded that wrong ur right that's how ur workout is
mine is more focussed on body building so it's a lot more oriented on one spot so I'm not used to seeing more overall fitness workouts

High protein (duh) litterally stuffing myself with meat like 3 times a day (no homo)
2 cups of oj a day
4 cups of milk a day

that's like the basics there's more but i can't remember off the top of my head
