It looks like you missed a lot of fucking books dude. Not that you need to read them all. I read those books when I was younger and cared less about a continuous narrative, they were perfectly fine. Maybe I'll go back and read them all (after I'm done with WoT).

I dug the later ones I read out and checked out the timeline and apparently I did miss quite a few, but I bought the 5 I had for my last birthday off of eBay so I couldn't really be picky about what I got(plus I found that eu material is a hit and miss) and it's really more of a way to kill time until I the new asoif and Star Wars movie comes out.

i actually never used dragoon in any game. I have never enjoyed that class. especially in 5.

I'm a lumberjack so I get to climb trees and destroy beautiful oaks and maple.
Dragoons kinda suck all around stat wise except for magic and defense, so they make good meatshields and battlemages.
I've played ffv so much that I just cheat in the bard, dragoon and dancer for luck based, stat raising shit ripping.
Enjoy lunar legend, it's a bit cheesy but the characters are charming and bosses are fun.
One of the few turn based games that give me trouble everytime I play.

can't say iv ever had sound problems with an emulator before. last problem i had was jean d' arc where all the characters were invisible. turns out 7 years later there is still no fix for it. i'd just download the gba emulator and get the ff6 advance game. there was quite a few extra shit to do if I remember correctly.
User avatar #834743 - bobbybeats (02/13/2014) [-]
I've played the ffv advance so I could have my dragoons damage full from the back row without jumping, and the sound was so bad that I just turned it off and played my regular tunes. They have a patch so I'm all good, I just have to find the time to play it and convince myself to play it, but I'm invested in other shit at the moment so it won't be for a good while.

Right here dude. It's a list of every book in that series chronologically (by narrative I mean), Vector Prime is number 1.

I guess I was completely wrong about the publishing order. After I read the dangerous women anthology I'm gonna have to check my library and eBay.
I read the onslaught, and edge of victory books along with vector prime.
I was able to follow what was going on but that explains why things kind of drastically change.

How dare you mention that book. I'm not mad about Chewie dying, he at least did that well, but that book wasn't all that good. What pissed me off is that you had so many awesome writers that already write Star Wars books, like Zahn or Stackpole (who made two awesome sequels to Vector Prime), those guys should've been the ones to start that series.
