maybe someday. it was fun, but it wasn't like a "you gotta play this" sort of fun. it was just sort of like scratching an itch. If i ever get itchy for it again I'll check the bay. For now, my free time in its entirety is preoccupied with another game atm.

everytime i opened the dungeon map it would crash. needless to say it made doing the dungeons quite a bit more painstakingly oh my fucking fuck this needs to stop sort of difficult.

the worst was when i inadvertently did it and i lost all my save data.

That sucks. If that happened to me, I probably wouldn't play for a month.
It was actually a different game that I needed to download no$ for.
I just used a save state before checking dungeons.
I don't think I had that problem with season though, so it probably is a bad rom.
If you really want to play it I would suggest the pirate bay.
It seems like anytime I have a problem with a cool rom rom, there's hundreds of good ones there.

I think I had to download a different emulator, but I can't remember if I used vba or No$.

Actually, I can't read those languages for ass. I don't even have an actual SFC. What I do have is an SNES and an SFC converter.

Ahh. Still I've seen the first romancing SaGa game for as low as 10.00 u.s. on beats buy it now option.
Plus, it's been remade for the ps2 and I know that the ps2 added quests so the language barrier shouldn't be that huge of a problem.

Suggest me some good Snes games that have an interesting story?
User avatar #843632 - bobbybeats (02/22/2014) [-]
Final fantasy IV and VI.
Emerald dragon is pretty much all story, or at least that's the best part about the game, but it's a watered down port of some pc game and I heard it was heavily censored for the snes, which is funny because I've played a Japanese snes game that shows a little nipple.
I would say romancing SaGa 3, but that game is more about sidequesting and what very little story it has is kind of a rip off of every final fantasy games story.
Breath of fire II is pretty awesome from what I've played.
If you can be convinced to download a playstation, check out final fantasy tactics.
It's like the game of thrones of video games.
I'm ashamed I can't think of any more off the top of my head.
When I can check my snes rom library, I'll get back to you.

In the books and in the movies Frankenstein is the doctor who created the monster, which had no name.
User avatar #843449 - bobbybeats (02/21/2014) [-]
He's Dr. Frankenstein in most of the movies, and the monster is usually referred as Frankenstein (as in Frankenstein jr.)
There's literally hundreds of movies that are loosely based on the book, so my ignorance is based on the ignorance of Hollywood. It's not really a good excuse, but it's the only one I have.

Have you actually read Frankenstein?
User avatar #843437 - bobbybeats (02/21/2014) [-]
No. I'm basing my assumption on all the cheesy horror movies I've seen made during the 50s and 60's that are very loosely based on the book. In most of the movies he's a misunderstood monster.
I think in the book he's just a monster.

I am from Wisconsin, Green Bay in particular (we're getting nailed right with a shitty storm), I don't have a WiiU yet, I'm sorry. If and when I do, I'll let you know . The new Super Smash Bros. will also be on 3DS (which I don't have that either... D'OH!)
