as i said earlier, if police comes to give warning to a group of protester, is because there is a law of protesting that they are not following. the police have right to give warning.

then why did they not listening to the warning given from the police three times if they followed the necessary procedure?

Must be the action they did before. if not, why does police need to come to warn them? That is the threat. Leaving without the protester understand their fault and knowing the warning is not a police standard operating procedure. That is why in the first place, the protesters existence is a threat. If they follow the procedure correctly, no police will warn them in the first place.

they did follow procedure correctly. then police started unjustly arresting people. thats why they wanted the cops to release them. as far as i can tell they were peacefully opposing unlawful police action, and theyre fully justified for it.

they never showed any indication of turning violent, and as long as youre peaceful, the freedom of assembly is held to an extremely high standard in this country. i think any court would find the protesters are protected by that in this instance

also from what i can tell the people who were arrested were arrested unjustly

Threatening gesture 1: they surrounded the cops and did not allow them to leave
Threatening gesture 2: "Fuck the police was being chanted and the crowd was becoming more energetic, and as crowds become more frenzied the more likely it will turn into the riot
Threatening gesture 3: The police were outnumbered and both parties knew this.

from comment 1323 or something like that.
#1391 - bnljack (12/05/2011) [-]
the simple fact that there were more students than cops isnt threatening.

again, "fuck the police" isnt a threat, and it never even came close to being a riot.

its not that hard to tiptoe over a crowd of people who are sitting down. if the cops wanted to leave they would have, nobody was effectively stopping them. again not a threat

and the greece riots are justified as greece is a shithole right now

shouting "fuck the police" and saying "We will LET YOU GO" not just leave, they will let them go, as in a hostage situation.
#1351 - bnljack (12/05/2011) [-]
fuck the police isnt a threat its a common phrase/movie quote.

and im pretty sure in a hostage situation the hostage takers say, "we will not let you go", or something along those lines. in fact, saying, "we will let you go" is kind of the opposite of a hostage situation. they said it to make it clear that they were NOT taking them hostage.

in any case, neither of those are threats
