 I haven't played any since melee and even then it felt like he was lackin. Mostly because he was just a cpt falcon shadow. Im like you i see they wasted his character potential. Instead they just wanna add more bs characters. Kinda wish i had a Wii i wanted to see if hyrule warriors was any count He had the same moves as falcon. He was just slower and stronger #3 -
bluemagebrilly (01/09/2016) [-]  One thing to note about the latest Ganondorf in Smash, however, is that he isn't a 100% clone now for Captain Falcon. About 70%, I'd say. He's got a couple unique moves, but his overall move-set and animations are just Captain Falcon slowed down and powered up. He's definitely better than his melee counterpart in that regard, but he's still not the true King of Evil. | ||

 and despite all that its your decisions that drive it forward. same way we dont attributate neutral runs or pacifist runs on frisk.despite frisk being the one that holds the talking. and he is a character in the game lore the same way frisk is.not even that, he has even shadier background considering his attidute in the lore and in the game. not to mention that he is namened after US. the soulless run can be seen as chara, breaking away from us in order to go on a spree not hinged on whatever we feel like gaming as. story wise the game mixes in the meta and the lore in to one. that is why people like chara and flowey actually directly talk to YOU in several points of the game. to ignore this just because you dont want to take responsibility for something you did is silly. chara and frisk are meta characters. specially chara who is really just there for the genocide run and has little to do with anything outside of that, despite being such a huge influence on the game. to ignore the meta aspect of the lore and story is to ignore just about 40% of what undertale is. | ||

 I met up with an old friend in London, apparently the biggest Naruto fanboy back in middle-school (who, I remember, ran with arms behind back at recess) is also in London and he occasionally wears his old Uchiha shirt, because of nostalgia and the fact that no adults IRL knows anything about the series. So yeah, pretty cool I guess. Also I did not want to break that beautiful reply chain. Art is art and I gotta respect it, believe it! | ||

jayxz (01/08/2016) [-] I wholeheartedly agree. I started off the biggest Naruto fanboy, but was with the orginal series, before things started taking a turn for the worse. It used to be an actual ninja show, but it turned into - Nobody really matter besides the main characters and the Big Bad - main characters and big bad get stronger and stronger, everyone else fades into irrelevance - No more ninja-ing and strategizing, fight turn into border-line DBZ affairs where basicly whoever is more OP wins - Fan pandering (the only reason the show went on for that long), like bringing back everyone's favorite characters via Reanimation Jutsu. - NAH ITACHI WAS ACTUALLY GOOD ALL ALONG U GUIZE LOL I could go on, but yeah. Definiately turned into shit. I blame it's popularity. Instead of ending on a high note they decided to drag it on for as long is it made tons of money. Not like I can blame them for that, but still. #8 -
anon (01/08/2016) [-] Back in the early 2010's I got huge into Naruto fanfiction for more or less the reasons you described, the series has a neat premise, a massive list of characters and a setting that can be toyed with to an authors content. It's a shame that all the good writers either died off or got better taste. #7 -

The whole Hyuuga thing which was a major plot point in the Chunin Exam, for example. Or Anko's status as Orochimaru's previous apprentice, who had a curse mark. She was definitely supposed to be someone very important and probably the person that beat some sense into Sasuke. But Kishi dropped all that for the Sasuke chase.
