Yes, Admin can do whatever he wants on his site. It's his site. There are limitations, of course, because if he did crazy things then people would hate him and just stop coming to his site in general. He isn't breaking any rules set by the users, or by his own.

I never defended being banned by IP, I said it was a possibility if you annoyed admin. Why? Because then you're just being a pest and disrupting things. I'd say someone getting IP banned for making multiple accounts after after his previous account banned and constantly pestering the admin to get unbanned would be a justified IP ban. It is a last resort, but what else can you do for someone like that?

Honestly, I think it was supposed to go a completely different direction after the 'Invasion' arc during the Chunin exams. I feel that Anko's creation was supposed to give Sasuke a route to overcome the Curse Seal and become stronger that way, undoing the darkness in his heart. But then Kishi went a completely selfish route instead, making Sasuke forget everything he was doing and just go straight for power.

Which made no sense when looking at an outside perspective, since the one he wished to overcome... trained in Konoha. And the one he was going to, to make himself stronger... had trained in Konoha. Granted, not all their lives, but they got famous in Konoha.

I feel that Shippuden in general was just kind of a slap in the face, I mean... I enjoyed it up until Hidan/Kakuzu, who I assume you mean is the 'Zombie Pair', but the training before that was stupid and Kakuzu was defeated by a completely new move. As neat as the 'new move' was supposed to be, I still feel the battle ended way too suddenly, especially against someone like that.

Meh... The only thing I can say that came from the Sasuke Retrieval Arc that I actually liked was the creation of Tayuya. Not sure what it was about her, but she was easily one of my favorite female characters in that show despite her small screen time. Sadly Kishi didn't bother keeping any of the Sound Five alive.

People do it all the time in writing and in movies. It's usually more of a "heh" sound, like the start of 'Help', but that'd be awkward to put in text, especially for a game that sells to multiple countries where such a sound isn't common, even if the word is. Helps the confusion.

There's plenty. Stuttering Stanley from Sixth Sense came up on google first, and then there's Porky Pig from Looney Toons who stutters everything. In text, his words come out as "th-th-th" when he's trying to say "That's all folks!"

I've also heard the line plenty of times in video games, with voice, but I don't recall the when or where, only that I've heard it.

As I said in my second comment to you, this helps the confusion between languages. Only using the letters allows people to substitute their own H sound for the stutter, rather than "forcing" people to read it as "Heh-Help" and what not.

Considering they're able to buy a large amount of guns, computers for the drills, masks, and not to mention the way they transfer money... I don't think they need to worry that much about being detected for buying /drills./

He was definitely one of my favorites, one of the few people that actually seemed to challenge Ranma on the same battle field several times. Up until the last arc, at least.

Only problem I had with him is that he really hated Ranma for no real reason, similar to Akane. Always jumping to conclusions and what not. It was funny the first few times but it got pretty upsetting at some points. I also don't get how Akane never found out Ryoga was P-chan.

Personally, I'd say Ranma was my favorite character, but I preferred it when he was acting like himself in his female form. Like in the early parts of the series when 'she' enjoyed ice cream. It felt a bit more serious than it actually was.

Not saying you're wrong, but I've always learned that dark red was the best color for night time stealth. Has something to do with the wavelengths of available light at night... honestly, I forget the details.

I tend to think that it's better if you plan on being detected though. Red is usually associated with blood - so there's a possible intimidation factor - and if you are wounded it will hide it better.
