I dunno, Link between worlds was nice to just sit down and play. The Tri Force Heroes is also one you can't really play on the go, either, especially since it more or less takes 3 people to play. Phantom and Tracks.... maybe.

I personally just couldn't stand that game because of the controls overall. Touch screen crap and having to deal with the train was bothersome.

I do agree with that. Skyward Sword's Zelda was pretty meh, but one thing Tracks did do right was the relationship between Link and Zelda. It's just a shame that game heavily hints that Wind Waker's Link doesn't get with Tetra with all the talk of that old guy at the start, I forget his name, having the previous Link as a roommate while Tetra went off to make the new Hyrule.

Wind Waker and Tracks were the only ones I felt truly had a Link/Zelda relationship going on, though Wind Waker is much better game-wise in my opinion.

I can understand that, but apparently romance is one of the main selling points of this and something i enjoy alot in anime and manga and the fact that it is done in a bad way when compared to everything else is kind of a deal breaker

Eh, in a way. It's mostly because of the old style of "violent tsundere" being overdone in it. Something a lot of the older anime shows are guilty of.

The romance itself can still be taken pretty well, it just doesn't end well... Which is usually a factor when it comes to harem-types.

The major point at the beginning of the anime/manga is the awkwardness between the two now engaged teens. Neither are good at dealing with people, more so Ranma, and suddenly they're engaged. It's up until the third major girl is introduced that everything starts going down hill romance wise. Comedy and action goes up around that time, though.

There's also plenty of stories to read that amplify and redo the romance into something much better. But most of them assume you've finished the story, so not really something to jump into without reading it.
