EXACTLY!! I am a guy, and I think gender roles are stupid. For example if a woman came onto a bus and there were no other seats (especially if she was elderly or with a child) I would be more than happy to offer my seat, but that's because I'm young and healthy, I don't mind standing, and it's a polite thing to do. But if she demands the seat, I'll keep it. As far as sandwiches and cooking, I love to cook, and I would be just as willing to bring a woman a sandwich as women are supposed to be. It all comes down to respecting each other as people, before gender.

More than anything, the childish reaction of "I was drunk, it wasn't my fault". As someone who used to regularly drink to excess, I understand and accept that being wasted is not a get out of jail free card. It just highlights your own inability to look after yourself and means you aren't fit to be a functioning member of society.

Not that it should interest you; but yes, I do have a handle on my drinking now and I haven't blacked out in 4 months.

Also the blatant materialism and admission that she is basically a human leech (see: "can't survive without alimony").

The final reason I shall give is the fact that she says "[her] husband [will] take everything away from [her]". After an admission she can't survive without alimony it begs the question, what has she done to deserve it? I have worked for everything I own, and work 2 part time jobs to pay my way through an engineering degree. I never wanted or asked for a leg up, why the fuck should she need one?

I get along with few few other women because most every one of them I know are just sobbing, hormonal, cliche bitches with not a penny of common sense floating around in that oblong orb that is supposed to house a brain.

I can admit when I'm being hormonal, and weird, and let's face it bitchy. But I do own up to it, and try and fix my faults rather then blame them on men, or other women.

You have no reason to be apologetic of your gender. It's no more your fault that there are stupid women than it's my fault there are stupid men.

I definitely don't hate my gender, I just hate dumb people in generally. This is just a dumb human being, who happens to be female. There are stupid men, women, transgendered individuals, intersex individuals... so on.
