 the best option is to explain, maturely, that giving you opportunities to set good habits with phone use and autonomy now while still under their roof greatly decreases your likelihood of developing bad habits when youre off on your own. my parents lorded over me in every facet of my life, and when i was independent i crashed and burned because i didnt know how to self regulate. I've had 2 pregnancy scares with my girlfriend and each time, within a day of her taking the pregnancy test and it coming out negative, she had her period.
Try not to freak out about a missing period, there are a huge number of factors that can contribute to a girl missing one. save the freak out for when a test comes out positive.
