It will be a raffle/lottery style contest. Users may send any amount of points at all to this account, which will represent their value in a roll. Let's say, for example, pyrain sends in 100 points, while donor sends in 200, and they're the only two who play. I roll a number between 1 and 300; obviously donor has a higher chance of winning the thing, but it's not impossible for pyrain to get a crack at this, too.
All requests will be screencapped and posted below so that the standings are fair and clear to everybody. At the end of the event tomorrow afternoon, I will give a 1 hour announcement before I make the big roll and give out the award. If you want to play, bring it on. Only players who pony up an ante of whatever size they choose, even as little as 1 point, are eligible for the win.
The roll will be made at 1 o'clock Central time, a little over 24 hours from now. Good luck, folks, and Happy New Year.

blackwargreymon (01/01/2015) [-] Okay, the total points each person input is going to be their assigned value within the roll. I'm going to take the total amount of points put in and roll a number between 1 and that big number. Let's say that you put in 1000 points, and I placed you first in order. If there was a total of 20000 points put in from all players, and I rolled that number, if the number came out anywhere between 1 and 1000, you would win the prize. Anything abot it, and whoever was assigned that particular range in the roll would win it. That's why the more you put in, the higher your chances in total.

blackwargreymon (01/01/2015) [-] That totally depends on the preassigned value of each player beforehand. If I assigned the first one with 1-1000 and the second with 1001-2000, and I rolled *0500* at the roll, then the person who was assigned 1-1000 would take the win in that circumstance.
