woodoo (12/26/2015) [-] Time for the tau to completely annihilate another costly crusade that the imperium can't afford? I mean, the imperium has tried exterminatusing the tau, several times. First time a warpstorm stopped them, and every other time they keep getting their shit kicked in by tau and friends.  I don't know what the hell you're smoking but I want some. It's strong enough to make you think the Imperium consider the Tau an enemy. They are a non-threat to the Imperium, only fighting defensive battles against them, and at times when convenience happens, they tolerate their existence enough to help them defeat Tyranids then they stab them in the back. You realise 10,000 legions is nothing to the Imperium. Like, that's replaceable in one generation, if not half a generation. Losing three Titan Legions? Again, you're smoking something strong. The tau have only faced the Titans in the Damocles crusade, which is an utter failure because they didn't believe the humans would spend so many resources on one engine of war. Which is why they are now developing one of their own, even bigger than the Riptide. #201 -
woodoo (12/27/2015) [-] 10 000 legions is the number of troops deployed at Cadia to protect the imperium from chaos. And yes, in general it isn't much, but moving 10 000 legions to one place removes them from others, if it was just tau vs the imperium, yeah, the imperium would win, but pretty much everything not human wants the imperium gone. I know that there was a crusade, where the numbers of imperial troops were 10000 imperial legions, 3 space marine chapters, and 3 titan legions, i also know that in one of the later tau supplements, this crusade was stated as having been completely wiped out. The problem is, i can't fucking find the source of it, and it's getting tot he point where i am legit starting to doubt my own memory, so... fuck it. It MIGHT be the tau crusade against the domacles gulf(250 years after the original crusade, the one where Aun'va died, making him the first named character to die canonically since... fuck, 1999?), but all I'm finding about that is fan-written stuff with no clear sources. Oh, and they already have stuff bigger than the riptide, such as the KX139, XV107, XV95, and the XV128. #202 -
woodoo (12/27/2015) [-] That is, it might have been the crusade were Aun'va died, not that he died in the domacles crusade(he wasn't born yet, and had at that point spent the last 45 years of his then 300 years of 100 year long life training o'sovah and o'kais, who at that point had yet to have been born for another 200 years.)  Chaos actually tries to break out frequently, courtesy of a certain armless failure. The Tau realise that if the imperium REALLY wanted to they could destroy them, so they dont excalate anything, just buy their time while the tech up even further and get Railrifles as standart issue firewarrior weapon. #106 -

 luckily she doesn't have to deal with the victim directly and make the call, she handles the evidence. she does however have access to witness interview tapes and videos so the witness statements can be compared to the physical evidence and checked for inconsistencies. seems like most women, especially the ones that falsely cry rape, don't realize what constitutes rape, and think that if they're pissed off after sex for any reason that they can just scream rape and be instantly agreed with. a lot of times the women openly admit and tell the truth about the circumstances but don't realize that by admitting that the sex was consensual at the time they pretty much disprove their own rape claims. | ||
