However, many fans are encouraging Sony to not take that road. 2: There is no confirmation that Xbox one will play used games without a fee. none at all. Microsoft is waiting to reveal that information. judging by the backlash, Microsoft would be pretty fucking stupid to charge for used games. 3: Xbox one requires an internet connection. PS4 does not. 4: Xbox one requires Kinect in order to work. 5: compared to the Xbox one announcement, the PS4 announcement was like the return of Christ himself. It was not that good, but the Xbox one reveal was a complete fucking disaster. tldr; Quit spreading misinformation and lies. Also, as a PC gamer myself, quit being an elitist piece of shit. #45 -

Also, he is still wrong on the "PS4 cant play used games" idea. nothing has been confirmed or denied on that idea. As well, yes Kinect can be turned off with the console, but it is required for the console to function. Xbox one will not function without Kinect. #48 -

Korean citizen (05/29/2013) [-] again, yes Kinect can be turned off, but it needs to be on for the system to function. the worry was that people didn't want Kinect "always on" or "always watching/listening". that will not be the case, however, it still needs to on for the console to work. Now the worry is that this will shoot the price of the console up, or it may break and brick your system until you cough up for a new one. | ||
