fuck that, I wish we could change out country. I still think there needs to be heavy testing before you're allowed to have children.

My dad didn't like me talking bout the new chips bill gates has been overseeing that contains 16 years of contriceptive and I said "maybe we're at a point you just mandate putting one in every 8 year old girl and at 18 they can have it deactivated or let it run out (at 24). I know it's a fucked up idea, but at this point I don't think there are any routes to be eased into... big jumps are what may be needed... but I hope I'm wrong and it never needs to happen.

I saw a family full of kids that all looked... "down" a bit (down syndrome) and started pondering the gene pool.. then the mother started loosing her shit when her kids would ask simple questions.. even smacked her youngest for asking to wash her hands... after the MOTHER BOUGHT HER CHEETOS... YOU'RE THE REASON SHE NEEDS HER HANDS WASHED AND YOU HIT HER!? I almost lost my fucking cool... >

The nice thing about fat is it's much easier to put it on, then turn it into muscle, but I don't think I could bring myself to do that. I've only gotta gain around 15-20 pounds, and I'll be able to focus a lot more on it this year since I'm no longer committed to any organized sports. I'm hoping to be there by the end of the year

dude, apples.. for the two I bought a day ago (smaller then a baseball... like, tiny) cost me $2 I honestly almost didn't even bother but I really wanted an apple. bought three oranges and that cost me about $2.69... wtf is happening with produce... and there were a lot of people there just buying it like it's a normal/ok price...

small bag of salad that makes me one salad (if that) is $1 a bag. buying the lettuce is only marginally cheaper (a few cents) and doesn't have carrots and stuff with it.... I just don't understand how it got this bad and yet I can go get a pound of swedish fish or something for about $2 or less... why?! how!?

I go more by weight. Right now I'm trying to put on mass, but as lean a mass that I can get. I'm gonna try to get to a weight of around 200, then just try to master my own body with cardio, strength training and agility/plyometrics stuff, and at 6'4", I'll still be pretty thin.

wish I could afford to eat "Clean"... fuck the american food production system. I can get a few apples, oranges, salad every once in a while, but not much else. frozen foods, canned, ect are so much cheaper. can't wait till my wife starts getting paid more, cause we already talked about eating more chicken salads, more fruits and vegies, etc. :/

I don't treat it as a sport so much, but I have to constantly set goals for myself or I'll get complacent. I'm chasing a fantasy of one day being able to outrun any cop and being put to the test, even though I'm straight edge and can't think of a single logical circumstance where anything like that would happen to me.
#74 - bighairybacon (08/17/2014) [-]

I don't have to prove shit to you and am honestly done with hearing this for the... idk, hundredth time. tbh everyone has their natural body type and I'm only a couple dozen pounds over what I feel comfortable at. nothing major going on, so I just take it slow.
#71 - bighairybacon (08/17/2014) [-]
Not trying to assault you man sorry if I came off that way. I'm just saying that losing weight comes down to how many calories you eat, not what foods or how many grams of fat. People tend to lose weight by eating "clean" because those foods have less calories.
