It matters though. What kind of laugh was it? Could've been a sad laugh for all we know.

vegan or vegetarian? no hate, i'm just curious. i can definitely see vegetarian, but if you're vegan I'd love to know why :) whenever i ask a vegan in a class they turn they're cheek like ive insulted them or they don't want to waste their time :(

Vegetarian actually. But my sister and her significant other are vegan for the purpose that a lot of research shows that dairy is not as healthy for you as everyone says. I believe it I just find cheese and milk too good to pass up.

Yeah, cheese is amazing :) i have pet goats and i make homemade goat cheese, that is probably why i'm not vegan :D that and fish. Any idea why dairy is bad for you? it was my understanding that we have been conditioned to it

Basically milk has such a high concentration of calcium that it actually leeches the calcium from your bones rather than increasing bone density. Usually milk is fortified with vitamin D to aid in the absorption of calcium into your bones. But there is still an over-saturation of calcium making it a still unhealthy by definition.

A documentary that covers the subject in great detail (better than I can explain through just words) is "Forks Over Knives". It's actually what helped my sister decide to switch from vegetarianism to vegan.
