Hey... Is there some way you can make a file that automatically takes a proxy program and changes your IP every few seconds?

like using a proxy with a dynamic IP? or making your own IP dynamic?

as for a proxy, I'm sure there's one like that somewhere, but I don't know where to find one, and I have no idea how to make a proxy.
and if you want to make your own IP dynamic, I think you'd have to call your ISP

I have no idea.
I need to change my IP address(at least, the perception of it) many times in very little time.

other than just changing proxies whenever you want your IP to change, I can't think of any other way than calling your ISP and making your IP dynamic, so it'll change every now and then, but I have no idea how often that would be
