True, but what if their lawyers claim a dispute with the contract and drag it out, potentially making you loose

it's also likely that these happened few and far between which makes it a much less frequent cost. also the defendants lawyer is going to tell him he has no case plus the cost for the defendant is probably more than the price in the contract wich makes a long court battle even more unlikely

Lawyers can cost hundreds per hour. If you're a freelancer you may not have that

I guess maybe put it on a credit card

You get the legal fees after you win, what if you don't have the money to pay a lawyer right away?

Russia doesn't have to like China to ally with them though. Germany didn't like Japan, but still allied with them against the Allies. The US didn't like the USSR, but still allied with them against the Axis powers. It isn't about liking another country at all. It's about them having a common enemy. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Should a nuclear war happen, it isn't just Best Korea that's in the firing lane. Everyone's shit is gonna get fucked up when everyone has an itchy trigger finger just waiting for a single missile to be fired.

The thing is, wars have been fought for less. If the US is aggressive enough, China is likely to go to war, regardless of the potential economic impact. The US is also unlikely to be the first to bomb Best Korea due to the fact that it would be incredibly frowned upon by others. We're already thought of as warmongers and have been for years.

I wouldn't say nuclear war is impossible, but I also think that it isn't something that's likely to happen. Nuclear war is bad news for everyone, especially on a large scale. Either way, the best solution for this is a diplomatic solution, with as little actual conflict as possible.

i fully agree my main argument in the post hinged on best korea firing first and them being alone in the war
