Yes he will, that's why I said "current". I'm amazed what they can squeeze into laptops now. The last time I considered tossing money into my desk top I shopped around and couldn't touch the Asus ROG gamer so I abandoned my old rig.

Just ordered a lenovo y700 (16 gb of ram, gtx960m, i7 2.6ghz) earlier today. Definitely an upgrade from my current laptop with a dual core i5 and a gt 740m with 2gb ddr3 vram.

Damn you! I have the 870m. I love a solid state HD except mine is small. I had to use junction link to move my games and mods off C. I filled that up in no time.

Never mind when comparing it with other cards they use a 2gb model for some reason though... I don't know which is better the 870m you have or the 4gb 960m while the 960m is newer the 870m is the step up for the 800 series

Very soon we'll approach a point where we reach the limits of our eye's ability to discern higher resolution. That's when I'll opt for the cyber implants, lol. Those will set me back.

Looked at the new Razer blade pro... About the same specs as the y700 for literally double the price...

I got it with a 1TB hdd but at only 5400 rpm... Might get an external ssd though. Also on all sites about the y700 it states that the gpu has 4gbs of vram but if I look up just the 960m it says otherwise.

I don't know man, the more attractive you are, the higher price you'll command. If you appeal to a niche marked, say, sucking dick in an uncle sam costume, or something, it'll be harder to find customers, but you'd probably make more money doing it.

The cheapest option would be to get a ps4. That, plus a copy of DS3 on release, would be about $400. You could get that in 3 or 4 dicks if you find the right customers.

oh wait not the gay buckler I use the target shield, fashion as fuck and better stability

IMO parry and backstab mechanics actually got way better, you no longer have to stand right in front of an enemy to parry you can hit the tip of the weapon with a parry and it will proc. I use the buckler for the larger parry frames, backstabs fishing is a thing of the past. Stay in NG 2 if you want the bonus damage, I think it disappears after +3? What I don't like are the nerfs. parry and backstabs should do more damage than they do.

My problem is not with the parry itself, but the riposte. I hate how you have to wait for the enemy to fall down, the timing in DS1 was just so much more satisfying.

To be honest DS2 isn't as great as DS1, but DS1 was amazing, so DS2 is still great, and some of the narrative makes up for it, especially my favorite lines, the one that's not the original ending.What I like about DS2 is that it reveals what dark souls was really all about, and you have enough info to understand where it comes from.

Anyhow, I was super hype for 3 because the original maker is coming back to direct it and clean up the fuck ups this time, hopefully. Sadly I'll prolly never get to play it, not any time soon.

my AR is through the roof, even with nerfs, hiede sword is secretly greatest straightsword of all time, only weakness is lack of R1 spam, but the R2 makes up for it, and nah is poorfag so play on ps3, I did both the no bonfire and no dying (which was challenging as fuck) sadly I ended up on ng 5 and wish I had known because I would have rather stayed with the bonus parry and backstab damage

I took a break and am playing dragon age inquisition I love it

i wish I had a pc strong enough instead of my current potato

I love the game overall, but I fucking HATE how they changed the parry/backstab system in DS2. The parry being the worst, because they completely changed the timing. This after DS1 had one of my favorite combat systems of all time.

DS2 had an absolutely amazing ending, but I got scholar of the first sin and made the alternate choice.

I jumped on the souls train kinda late, so Scholar is the only version I've played.
