With blitzcrank being near permabanned, Naut picks up is role well enough. He lacks the instant burst but still has lots of CC and good sustained power. Naut counters are similar to blitzcrank, squishies if you can avoid their poke. I would recommend trying it, as it's quite fun. The mindset of "X can only Y" is somewhat toxic.

If you put naut in bot lane, he can't really put pressure as much as he could when jungling/top lane

actually, if you get with a rather aggressive ADC, then Nautilus is perfect, as he can deal alot of damage with his E, stay in lane forever with his W, and lock down kills with his passive and Q, and his ult is great for tower diving champs.

If you put your ult on the enemy back line, everyone in the front who stays in the line get's knocked up.

CC doesn't win games - and if there was a situation in which you could ult the adc in the back of a team then you would. That has almost no relevance to towerdiving during laning phase.

ashe for example, hard time getting away when pulled in, he is kinda like blitz but with harder stun and slow as support wich makes him a counter to pretty much everything blitz is a counter to....
