Good, very good.
Sounds like you're doing good.
I'm not asking you to cut all the McDonals, ice-cream or whatever you makes you feel better, the key is moderation, you must know how much (and what) you can eat vs. how much you exercise, in other words work vs. reward.
And don't worry too much about school, whatever stress you feel (either social (other fucking people) or academic (being afraid of not finishing etc.)) it will pass as soon as you finish it, but then the real fear.........your REAL fears will surface, knowing those old excuses no longer apply, and yet.....you are still afraid.....
Forget that shit, it's all bullshit, it's shit the society teaches you.....I won't go into details, I'm tired of politics today....just remember you are a HUMAN! You are the baddest motherfucker on this planet, you CAN be that awesome fucker you want to see in the mirror, NEVER give up, or they win......and you will be just another sheep.......you don't want to be a sheep do you? You want to be a fucking wolf!

Do you have a farmers market anywhere near you? You could buy cheap in bulk, also fuck recommended if you don't have the cash for it, adapt. Frozen vegies are pretty much as good as fresh ones (and maybe cheaper?)
If neither of those is an option, then buy (cheap) protein powder and some multivitamins, at the end of the day it really doesn't matter what you eat, what matters is how much calories you eat, that you eat often, and in small portions.

Yeah, I already take a multivitamin with iron, and I do splurge on some of the protein drinks that bolthouse farms makes. That and carrot juice, and the green stuff with cale and whatnot, but that shit is expensive and money is going to be even tighter the next few months so I will probably have to just start getting and eating frozen veggies.

I'm sure my diet will improve as I start to feel better from excersize. It's mainly a stress thing since I was trying to graduate last semester and my college put me through a bunch of shit. I knew if I tried to go full on healthy eating I would give up within the week. Food has always been a comfort, especially with depression.

I am definitely making progress. I haven't gained weight for the last 3-4 months and I can DEFINITELY feel my muscles getting bigger and the fat thinning.

The correct nutrition is half the work, there is no point in working out if you still gonna eat like a pig.

I looked over that article and it recommends organix foods and fresh foods. That shit is EXPENSIVE. I'm on a college student budget. Eating the healthy stuff recommended on those pages costs upwards of $20 a day...that's $600 a month....more than my rent.

If you didn't workout ever before you should be losing weight RAPIDLY (at first) no matter what, your nutrition is probably the problem. Also you need to up your weights gradually 10-15 lbs out of nowhere is WAY too much, up the weight little by little, like 1-2Kg (2-4lbs?) at a time, never more, thats why you coudn't finish, you probably hurt yourself more than anything.
User avatar
#478 - beardgasm (01/08/2016) [-]
I dunno, my doctor agreed with me and said I probably just put on muscle, since muscle weighs more than fat. I hadn't really changed anything with my diet so I doubt it's that, although I know I could make much quicker progress if I ate healthier. My problem Is I've tried that before and it never lasts, plus it costs way too much money and takes too much time to eat healthy.

The weights on the machines only go up 5lbs at a time, and I didn't increase all of my excersizes at once, only about half.

It is apparently supposed to be Anakins > Luke's.
In the movie, Rey is drawn to the room because she hears something, which to me really sounded like the padawan children screaming. And when she touches it she sees some other horrible things that Anakin did, like the sand people massacre and stuff.
So, I'm assuming it's the one Obi Wan gave him in the first movie.

Yeah, you're right, it was the blue one. Apparently it got stuck in a duct and a maintenance droid found it, before being reclaimed by Vader and then given to Palpatine.
