Been doing kinda good lately.

Bad, i am working in a factory since about 2 months.
I get up at 5:50, make my way to train station at 6:25 the take the train to the factory at 6:42 , start working at 6:58 work till 12:00 and go back at 12:45 and work to somettimes 16:30 or like today 17:00.

Some guy acts like he is the greatest worker of all time, yells at me to clean faster and better (the machines) and well he is not very nice.

My boss is not nice too, when don't undersand something or when i ask how to do it he tell me to do it right. Not how. He tells us to shut up and work, and he sitts there in his office and watches the cinema programm for today or goes to facebook.

Place where you work seems like hell.

Well our "big boss" hit us or punches us sometimes, somtimes it is a friendly clap like friends. And sometimes like he is the good of war. But he is still nice, we like him and he undersands us. He is still a good man.

Today i got emulsion right in my face while we filled that stuff into a barrel.

I work mostly with albanisans togehter, but they seem alright.
There is one russian guy, and 2 serbians. One of them is in Jail because of something. 2 tamils, one of the "not nice guy". And 2 Croats, one of them is the boss that looks what going on on facebook while we are working our ass up at the machines. The other Croat is a Girl, she is alright and kindly, she is his aunt.

Eh,where are you from doesn't really mean now anything,it's what you are and how you treat others.

Either way hitting isn't good in any moments(except for self defense and such).

The Polymechaniker group where ( i dont know the english word, the ****** up something at the mechanic scholl, bad test results and stuff, the boss yelled at the and **** ) in a meeting, when we had evening and waited for the train he told me the boss punched him into the arm, and it hurted like hell, that co-worker lifts like a maniac and a "friendly punch" of our boss hurts him.

Yea.

On sunday i go back to work, we go into a working camp into the swiss mountains.
Yea WORKING CAMP we will cut trees down, plant some trees and stuff. It is because of the Teamwork , representing our company and helping the environment.

That just ******** .

I get payed to work on machines and make parts for humans. I rather work in the facility than that. When it is evening i want to drink a beer with my friends or other stuff (like the whorehouse) and go to sleep when i want, not to sleep in a ******* camp with 12 peopel in one room who dislike me. I will have no ******* privacy.

I don't even want to try to imagine how you live day after a day.

That's ******* terrible.

Any other places where you can get job in near?I think you've already tried during to co-workers.

Well it is complicated, i am in a apprenticeship, this will last 3 years, but after 1 year i will get into another factory, a good friend of mine works there.

If i just resign i will have no eductation and will get no job, it was hard enought to get one, i searched 4 years for this and i am not gonna quiet because of some peopel who are better than me.

I am not a clever man, but i try to do my best and act polity, nice and helpful with everyone.
