What's up?

I had 0th class today and slept it trough. I got in school for the next class but the janitress caught me and I had to go to sump class. There I was filling the notes I was missing for Russian language class. I got out just a while before class that was after 0th class ended. I forgot to ask my class teacher if its taken as one or two classes absent.

Later in school we were watching hockey match Slovakia vs America. I saw my class teacher here and asked her for help with math. She helped me a bit but I needed my workbook of mathematics so I can could have checked what else I don´t know.

I got home after match and hurried up with lunch and went back to school for tutorage with my class teacher. In the bus I found out I got the old,fully written workbook. I went only one stop so I ran all the way home from here. I got home but couldn´t find the new one. I probably lended it to somebody. For that I got shouted on by my sister and mother. I called my teacher and told her what happened. She said that I needn´t to worry and can take my time. Until the math test there are almost 3 more weeks I can use. Even after telling this to my sister and mother,they kept shouting at me. So I shouted back. I floored them so well that they got scared and my sister now probably hates me now...

My heart is beating a lot even now and I cant calm down. I cant do exercises like that :l

Well yelling is a way of reducing stress and anger. Even that counts as venting. What you should do now is just close your eyes, find a pillow, and hug it tight. Just try to calm down as best you can this way. Which are you more worried about? The yelling or the school work?

I am not worried about either. I am rather worried about that I don´t like hugs anymore.
My soul and body still doesn´t seem to be working together. Anger took over me today. I am tired of being week and helpless..

Umm... try breathing deep and counting back from 10. Draw something, play something, DO something that you can do to help you calm down a bit. I'm just not really sure WHAT you can do though. :c

I think that if I get some dignity back it could make things better. This could bring my personality and soul back.

I´ll be ready for it in not time. My back is almost as good as it can be,now I just need to get it into the muscle memory so my back won´t dissarray again...

Well your back is an important priority. Just try to talk to your mother or sister first and tell them you're sorry. Would that help?
