Yes thank you we have them in a rainbow of colors. Wasn't enough info to say exactly what was happening but testing a sample of various highlighters seams reasonable.

everything is in both japanese and english, and most people speak english better than your average call center. can speak almost no japanese and had no issues. hardest bit in 2 weeks was buying a wallet with a zipper, 'zipper' is not a word they understand.

no issues getting around, its easier than in my home city (melbourne). lots of signs everywhere, everything just kinda makes sense and works.
