I only prefer to play on PC because of the precision I get from a mouse and keyboard.

If a game is only for 360 then I get it for that (if I have the monies).
Don't play PS3 games because I don't own one, circling back to the money issue.

But overall I do prefer playing games on the PC. No "superior race" stuff here, just preference.

Don't think so, both XBOX and PS3 games can be pirated and they usually show up in torrent trackers 3-7 days pre-release (in AC3 case the PAL version was out October 26th), so he was probaly just playing a pirated version way before.
