P.sure that getting lit on fire especially when there are hostiles nearby would be an immediate death sentence.
Yeah but the infinite molotovs/grenades is still pretty lame.

Choreography on point
+ drawing live steel is a no-go during a practice exercise. Asshole move by Arya.
Indeed, and it's even more true considering that water dancing is way more about dodging/deflecting and not parrying.
She's not a casul.
Good point, I count at least two strikes where she has zero leverage and would've had hold the entire force with just her wrist.
Also, not pulling out the dagger earlier is odd...
Not that I'm an expert at sword-fighting...
But she's moving with the parry. Its not a force parry where she's forcing the sword away but rather redirecting it, its what most smaller people who don't have the same or greater strength than their opponent.
Nah, at 0:09 - 0:10 those two parries would have failed. From someone with swordsmanship experience, that is simply not how it would have worked. She needed much more body movement to avoid during the parry since the parry was a partial redirect at best. That said, they may still be a bit sloppy here as this was not the final shoot (I am assuming).
IMO it's more a problem of choreography, and so that they don't actually bash children's skulls in - GoT choreography in general still panders to rule of cool, but isn't upright offensive in doing so.
Realtalk, from one sword autist to another, fighting a child several feet shorter than you that's actually competent would be awkward as fuck - they'd always be underneath your guard and most standard guards and cuts wouldn't even work.
Regardless, the weight difference is too large and the fact that an experienced swordman like Brienne would swing her two handed sword so close to the hilt against someone with a huge reach disadvantage was laughable.
Im afraid I don't understand you at all. I mean sure they're fighting so close but thats because arya is trying to be that close, fighting to her strength, etc. Would you be able to rephrase at all?
Rephrase? Why? You said it yourself. Arya is trying to fight close because her complete disadvantage in all regards. Her reach, power, experience. All 3 aspects Brienne completely dominates over her and you claim Arya is smart and keeping herself close, then the question is how does a well seasoned knight not know how to play to her own strenghts.
This whole duel is retarded.
Bruh at this point Arya is literally a supernatural servant of the grim fucking reaper and you're gonna talk about experience and shit?
She isn't even human anymore. Giving up your humanity is part of becoming a Faceless Man.
did you see the fight with the hound shes sloppy all the time that fight turned into a fist fight shes slow her advantage is size and strength shes good but arya was supposed to be trained by the best assassain in the world like some ancient john wick level shit
Would i be wrong in saying that arya's fighting style would be geared towards bigger heavy opponents with bigger swords? Her teacher in the first season managed to take those armored guys down with a wooden sword EZ.
- Isn't this a joke at Bieber's expense? why is this getting downthumbed
so now we know
I'd say because people don't like cheap shots that just aren't funny, but I'd wager it's a cascade effect.
Did someone say cascade???
I said cascade!
because mob autism is strong in here.
