 Yep! I was just saying that so he knew that the game didn't care whether or not the creature was already powerful, the legendary figure can be added onto anything, even allies  No it doesn't depend, the skull in the name is just part of the name of the enemy type, you have ordinary radscorpions as well as skull radscorpions, i've encountered a few myself too. As with most enemies there are legendary versions so that explains your legendary skull radscorpion. The skull ICON, however, is an indicator that it's a higher level, just as the legendaries are indicated with a star icon. | ||
