sure. i could waxy lyrical on the 4chan game i'm participating in.
we are making a world. we began with primordial little creatures and evolved them post by post into hundreds and hundreds of different critters, creating vast ecosystems. A dozen or so of these animals eventually reached sentience, and we are now in the process of rising from barbarism into civilizations. We are telling the story of their cultures.
It's an absolute ball, and we've been working on it for more than a year.

I'm certainly enjoying it. Taught me a little about biology and history in my quest to create a believable world.
I'm in charge of two civilizations, the idyllic 15ft. giant Gantu, and the socialist purple insects called the Korobushka

i have some pretty eclectic tastes, but i'm a big fan of reggae. got into it through bob marley (as i imagine many did) but i've branched out from there. i also have a great love for orchestral. the hundred different insturments all working in harmony to create a canvas of sound...
Oh really? well happy birthday then, I wish I'd known earlier ;) I'll be 21 myself in a few months.
I've been doing... less than good. The comment on top of my profile explains it. But it's nothing too concerning and I'm okay otherwise.

Clicked on your profile so because i didn't feel like scrolling all the way up to get to the homepage, read your description and some of the comments that people have left on your profile. You really are a Good Guy Greg, no hate or nothing. Basically like me, i'm pretty chill, don't read a lot of books or anything and i'm not a brony but you seem like a cool ass dude.

I'm flattered, sir/ma'am. Goodness knows I do try at least to be a GGG. I've never been one who thought that teasing others was fun, even w/o consequence over the Internet (also probably why the GTA games never appealed to me).
It's nice to feel appreciated, so thank you for you exceedingly kind words.

Hey, just wondering, where'd you learn to give such a stunning display of logic?
A few years @ a private middle school run by a bunch of Bible-Thumpers (as in "evolution is the devil" Bible-Thumpers)
Starting in 7th grade and continued it into 8th grade. The "textbook" (wasn't actually a textbook, but that's how it was used in the class) for the 7th grade "The Fallacy Detective" was actually a good read and very informative, I intend to track it down and purchase a personal copy someday.
In 8th grade we were introduced to Aristotlean logic, the skeleton upon which the scientific method (developed by the Arabs, I believe) was built upon.

The education was good, but their...ah, shall we say unique take on Christian morality really messed with my young head.
Best example: We were told that dating, not just sex-outside-of-marriage, kissing-before-your-wedding-night, that dating was a sin. Try to wrap your head around that, 'cause even today, I can't.

Thank you.
It's really a choice of independence for me, as I don't want to be dependent on any outside substance for my happiness. To me, my happiness is more "genuine" to me that way...I dunno, quite a bit of philosophical mucking about in this head o' mine, ha ha ha.

I'm closer to a deist myself (as in, I believe in God, but refrain from specifics about which religion) but you are welcome.
I get very irritated with non-religious people assuming that *all* religious people are small-minded fools. There are plenty of ignorant religious folk, but ignorance does not a religion make.

Good, good. Basically this dude is tearing those Left Behind books a new one. Despite how popular they are with some Evangelicals, they don't square up with the Bible very well.
The best thing though is that this blogger will pepper pop culture references relevant to the situation. Firefly, Dungeons & Dragons, Buffy, Monty Python, etc.

Not sure at this point. Raised as such, but not so sure anymore. Even if I completely turn my back, I'll still be fascinated with theology in general. I've even started to dive into Hinduism.
Probably bit off more than I can chew there, I've got NO frame of reference for most of the concepts there...
