Yes. For example, I'm from Mexico, and I learnt using british books... but due my closeness to the US, my accent (which is not very good), is more similar to a US accent.

Well, for most of us whose first language is not english, that's a common mix... we learn using british english learning books, but we watch series from the US.

Ahh right that's interesting. I was wondering if there might be an explanation like that.
For example, I know a kid who's English, but as he's autistic with a very overprotective mother he sits in the house all day watching American TV, and thus has an American accent.
Guess it could be something similar to that too but the other way around.

Look at the one with the fridge, how did they do that one?
User avatar
#19 - atimeray (08/18/2013) [-]
Yeah I guess because the fridge door stays open but it was the radiator on the right that made me think it might be sideways because the water pipe usually goes into the floor, not the wall.

Alllrighty folks. After following the additional rule of ignoring words in (parentheses), the game works
#103 - anon (07/09/2013) [-]
I think another rule for it is to avoid italics and things in parenthesis.
#102 - kiboz (07/09/2013) [-]
Try to not use the words that are in between brackets (if that is what those things are called)(<I think these>)
#99 - anon (07/09/2013) [-]
you have to click the first link, even if the word is written in greek

Same. On my second attempt.
First one, I got stuck on a loop consisting of nothing but "Germany", Germany being the first non-italicized word on the Germany page.
#89 - anon (07/09/2013) [-]
Same here.

If you reach repeats of words you've already clicked on, click the next word after it. Guaranteed to work.

Same thing happened to me

I call forth daentraya, woodywoodlinson, adamks, themasonrocks, killingsin, mattthepat, and ownubycake.

You see, this post didn't mention that you have to ignore links that are in brackets aswell.
From my experience, -which isn't really too much but sitll noteworthy- all loops that are found involve a link that sends you to a specific section of a page. You have two options in this case. Scroll up as if it linked you to the top, or click on the first non-italic no-bracket link on that specific section.

You should try the second option. If you end up in a loop, try the other.

Alright, I did one more go at it and I got this loop:

Language family
Language
Human
Hominidae
Family (biology)
Biological classification
Taxonomy (biology)
Ancient Greek
Greek language
Indo-European languages

I searched up language and I got to philosophy.
You got stuck because on the "Humans" page, you missed the word "Primates" and skipped to "Hominidae".
#65 - anon (07/09/2013) [-]
If you skip over the alternate spellings and translations the pages will lead to philosophy
User avatar
#62 - daentraya (07/09/2013) [-]
I got so close, but Natural philosophy was only the second linked word. I got to science, tho, so I'm fine with this. Had lots of links to psychology, but none of those were the first

Same here. Seems like that is pretty common.
