Halo 'is' unrealistic. However the term is often mis-used. It is more realistic than BF and CoD when contextualised into it's own universe whereas CoD and BF are about regular humans surviving bullet-wounds with little to no detriment to their combat prowess. That said, it is also unrealistic how Super-Soldiers can take all those bullets and then heal up without removing them. (I digress)

Halo 4 especially appears to be taking the route to realism by adding context and narrative to the multiplayer and turning it into a training simulation, thus making seemingly mundane objectives like capture the flag more meaningful.

I am looking forwards to Halo 4 and the first episode of Forwards Unto Dawn (though a little amateurish in places) was genuinely engaging.

its the same engine in almost every CoD and i agree that CoD 4 isent the same as MW3 but it just feels like the same game if youre not counting with the multiplayer, because the MW3 perks are just wierd and nooby.
