Well I killed him at level 68 but it is possible to kill him at level 5. It all goes off how well you can take incoming attacks from anywhere from 1 to 5 foes at a time. Just make sure that you have good gear and a plan and you should do fine.

I found light armor to be preferable in this fight (Mainly to avoid his spike attack) and a devine weapon.

Let the 3 Skeleton come towards you when the fight starts, kill them and avoid any of Nito's attacks (These are pretty slow and predictable). Back of the area will be 3 giant skeletons, lure them 1 by 1 if you can, while keeping an eye on Nito.

You could keep Nito in the first area with the 3 Skeletons, but killing all gives some more room to move around. Unless you want to utterly zerg this fight , get in close pew pew, watch for his charge up area spell, run away, run back and zerg again (avoiding his attacks ofc).
