You're right.
But it's a large, spread out country, whereas other countries of similar or greater size have most of their population clumped together.

But, the entirety of Europe is pretty spread out and Russia alone (which has a shitload of nukes) is huge, the damage would be done both ways, Fallout 6 confirmed.

Subtly guide them into it like a frog being boiled.

If you can pull that off you can make the character whoever you want to be.

It's a stylus with pressure and tilt sensitivity. It's a bit more than a normal stylus, it's not made for normal use, but for sketching/artistic/design stuff.
A replacement pen for an intuos or cintiq from wacom (art tablet maker) runs you about $60-80 bucks, so it's only slightly overpriced. Even a replacement pen for a surface pro is $60.
It's pretty obvious this was made to compete a bit with Wacom's cintiq companion line, and and the surface pro. Especially with it releasing around the time of the companion 2 and surface pro 4.

TL : DR Not a normal stylus.

Traditional media has it's place. But it's kind of difficult to use photoshop and illustrator from a 50c notepad.
Hell, people pay more for pencils and inking supplies than for the apple pencil there. You get what you pay for and there a reason most artists don't exclusively use a #2 pencil.

if you are so bad at drawing you need to photoshop your drawings i have some bad news for you, but i get it, people need there fancy stuff, all im saying is is that if you are truly artistic youll find a way thats not a 99 dollar stylus.
