I personally always write out the month anyways, 29th of April, 2013, or April 29th, 2013. That way there isn't confusion.

You are a good person. If everyone just took the extra .5 seconds to write out the full name of the month, or even the abbreviated name of the month, there would be no confusion on the matter.

You teach logic, reasoning and morality without abusing the mind of children by threatening them with eternal torment for being naughty, that is child abuse nothing less.
