Oh and before I forget another good way to make photoshopped images look better and more genuine is to use the blur tool and sometimes the smudge tool. They hide any rough and pixelated edges that would give away that the image has been "shopped". Downscaling the image to a smaller size and compressing jpegs can help with this but will reduce the quality of the image.

Use photoshop's spot healing tool on the eyes, mouth and nose by covering them completely in one stroke. It might need a little bit of cleaning up if it accidentally fills the area with hair or something but generally it comes out ok. It's also useful for cleaning up rough edges on face swaps. Pic related, it's a face swap I did a while back. I used the spot healing tool to clean up the joins between the cropped faces along the hairline. It's a miracle tool basically. I don't know what I'd do without it.

First I made two copies of the image. I then used photoshop's spot healing tool to remove all facial features from one copy and create a smooth face-canvas. Then I cropped the facial features off of the second one and shrunk them down and placed them over the first image in a separate layer. I then blended the roughly cropped edges back in with the face using the eraser tool set to a smooth (non hardened) edge. Then I merged the layers and saved it as a .jpeg. Hope this helps.
