Seriously, though, we're gonna need to see some specs. Usually, the graphics card is the part that causes the most issues. You could also try to update all your drivers. That sometimes helps. Also, if you're running windows 10, you're kind of fucked no matter what.

You're definitely an outlier. Pretty much everyone I know's complained about it and gone back to 7 in a month or two.
